This is a small deciduous tree grown for its arching upright branches, early white flowers followed by red berries and stunning autumn colour.  The berries are edible which make them very attractive to birds.

Flowers:  Beautiful pure white flowers together with new coppery leaves. 

Fruit:  Berries in June, very much like blueberries in appearance, first red in colour, turning to purple.

Leaves:  Elliptical, turning from coppery red to dark green.
