Attractive small native tree with a rounded crown.  Fast growing for the first 10 to 15 years.  Lots of red fruit at the end of summer - beginning of autumn.  This attracts birds to the garden.

Key Facts: 

Flowers:  White corymbs just after leaves appear.  Unpleasant odour.

Fruit:  Pea-sized berries - orange-red.

Bark:  Smooth

Leaves:  Pinnate, dull medium green.  Bluish underneath.

Autumn colour:  Yellow-orange to brick-red.

Uses:  Tree for small spaces.  Attract birds to the garden.
