We are open and continuing to trade as normally as possible, operating within the guidelines laid down by the government. This means things may be a little slower than usual whilst we adhere to the social distancing measures, however we will be regularly reviewing and reducing them in accordance with government guidelines.
Nursery visits: visits have always been, and still are, by appointment only. When you arrive, we will unfortunately not be able to shake hands and if possible, we will stay outside, weather permitting, although do bring your wellies and an umbrella if it is wet.
Please do not come if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus or if you have recently been contacted by a member of the NHS Test and Trace team.
Opening times: we are open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Payments: cash and cheque payments will not be accepted.
Deliveries: deliveries are proceeding as normal and our drivers will keep their 2-meter distance as per government guidelines. If you would prefer the driver to stay in the vehicle whilst you unload this is not a problem, just let us know before they arrive.
During this pandemic, we will not be asking customers to sign their delivery notes.
We will strive to provide a normal delivery service to you and thank you for your support.
Along with everyone else we hope to get back to normal as soon as possible. Our trees are blooming with the welcomed mixture of sun and rain and the staff are pruning non-stop! We are currently expanding our container area which will mean we will be able to containerise approximately 350 trees next winter allowing more flexibility for our customers.
From Philip, Tiffany and the rest of the New Wood Trees team.
