We understand the importance of every single person that is a part of the New Wood Trees team. And what an incredible team we are! 

We have tens of thousands of trees to hand plant, care for, prune, dig up, transplant, market, sell and deliver to our customers.  We use very little mechanical intervention – it’s hard physical work all year round.  

Every one of our crew puts everything into making sure the job gets done.  But more than that, we look after each other and we always (well almost always) do it with a smile on our faces, laughing, joking and being kind as we go.  We all realise that life is too short not to enjoy our time at work.  And we hope that this shows in our interactions with you too.
