Architectural forms and natural quality
"New Wood had a pretty good collection of very nice multi-stem forms, which match the what you'd find out in the, scrubby, wood pasture landscaping here at Knepp. You don’t see perfect, single stem trees in the landscape. You get trees that are constantly grazed by animals and browsed, which which throws them into all of these really architectural shapes. New Wood's multi-stem trees have a sort of real natural quality that I was looking to recreate.
And I thought they seemed very, very fitting. So I hope you can enjoy them like I do when I’m drinking my coffee here in the Wilding Kitchen cafe."

Peat-free and field grown in the UK
"It’s great having young trees field grown in the UK, which all helps with adaption to our climate, and at New Wood they don’t use any peat on site! A win win for those wishing to make positive environmental choices."
