Euonymus alatus ‘Chicago Fire’ – Burning Bush

In stock

Euonymus alatus ‘Chicago Fire’, commonly known as the Chicago Fire Burning Bush, is a hardy shrub renowned for its fiery autumn display. Growing to around 2-3 meters tall, it has a dense, rounded form with distinctive “winged” branches that add texture and interest throughout the year. Its deep green leaves transform into a blazing red in the fall, creating a spectacular focal point in any landscape.

Throughout spring and summer, Chicago Fire’s foliage is a rich, dark green that serves as a lush backdrop for other garden plants. In autumn, the leaves turn vivid red, a true showstopper among the autumn colours. The unique winged branches remain prominent in winter, providing a striking silhouette in the colder months.
